Pieter obtained his LLB degree in 2001 at the University of Pretoria. He was admitted as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa in 2003.
Pieter did his articles in Pretoria where he gained valuable experience in conveyancing, property law, high court and magistrate court litigation and road accident fund claims. Since he was admitted, Pieter has acted as Head of Legal compliance in a Legal Insurance company and has also acted for various big financial institutions. Due to Pieter’s litigation experience, he has represented a wide variety of clients, from political figures to big corporate entities. Pieter has been representing his clients in various forums, including the CCMA, Labour Court, Press Ombudsman, FIC and the Supreme Court of Appeal.
He is an Associate and is specializing in civil litigation and commercial work. He has a keen interest in labour law and believes in providing clients with the best advice at all times, without any fear or favour. Pieter services his clients all over South Africa, which ranges from Limpopo to the Western Cape.
